Akrob Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs and builds websites, online stores, and related digital services for clients across Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our client work, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it.

- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number, when you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, or message us directly.
- Project information — details you share with us about your business, brand, and goals, so we can design and build your project.
- Payment information — when you purchase a package, your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment form and processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full card number on our own systems.
- Technical data — basic information like browser type and device, collected automatically to help us keep the site working well.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To deliver the website, store, or service you’ve ordered.
- To issue invoices and process payments through Stripe.
- To follow up after launch regarding support or maintenance, if applicable to your package.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Stripe — for secure payment processing. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.
- WhatsApp Business — for direct client communication.
- Our hosting provider — to keep this website online and running smoothly.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function correctly (for example, remembering that a form was submitted). We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep client project and contact records for as long as we’re actively working together, and for up to 7 years afterward to meet Canadian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. Contact form submissions from inquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 12 months.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct information that’s inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, except where we’re required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed at business owners and companies, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we’ll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
