Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your relationship with the Akrob Tech website and services. By using this site or ordering one of our packages, you agree to these terms.
Description of Services
Akrob Tech provides website and online store design and development (including Shopify and WooCommerce), digital marketing management, social media and content management, paid ad campaigns, AI agent development, and custom SaaS/ERP system development.
Packages & Pricing
- The package prices shown on this site are starting prices for a typical project of that type.
- After a short discovery call about your specific project, we’ll confirm the final price and scope of work with you in writing before any work begins.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST) are added at checkout where required.
Payment & Invoicing
- Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- A deposit is required to begin work on most packages, with the balance due on delivery, unless we’ve agreed to different terms in writing for your project.
- Invoices are issued for every payment and can be requested at any time by emailing us.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel before we’ve started work on your project, your deposit is refunded in full, minus any payment processing fees charged by Stripe.
- Once work has actually begun, the deposit is non-refundable, since it covers time and resources already committed to your project.
- Work outside the agreed scope (extra pages, revisions beyond what was included, new features) is quoted and billed separately.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing the content, images, logins, and information we need to complete your project on the agreed timeline.
- Reviewing drafts and giving feedback or approval within a reasonable time — delays on your end can push back the delivery date.
Intellectual Property
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final design and code we deliver transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to deliver reliable, well-built work, but we can’t be held responsible for indirect losses arising after delivery — including downtime caused by your hosting provider, or by third-party platforms we integrate with (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Stripe) that are outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Akrob Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how our services evolve. The date below will always show the most recent version.
